We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a

Compliance Manager

to join their team.

Main Responsibilities as a Compliance ManagernReview SOX control evidence for completeness and compliance.nOrganise the collection and custody of control evidence for SOX audits.nManage SOX audits and conduct annual reviews to ensure compliance with SOX controls.nOrganise and manage the audit process with divisional internal and external audit.nReview and standardise controls to simplify and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the controls in the shared services.nMaintain routine communication, feedback, and reports to the SSC management team on the effectiveness of the SSC controls.nProactively detect ethical violations, compliance issues and implement remediation.nPlan in accordance with SSC management team.nEnsure that changes to governance requirements are communicated to all those affected within shared services and amongst businesses.


Experience & Skills RequirednFully Qualified Accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACMA or international equivalent.nCurrent experience working in audit.nExperience in a governance function or compliance role.nExposure to Sarbanes Oxley requirements and US GAAP standards.
