My client is an independent children's care company who is passionate about the care of children and young people, aged 8-18 who need some extra support.
The Home -
Currently there are two young people at the home with EBD, with the third room on bed block to maintain the balance in the home.
Role and Responsibilities -
- Directing and appraising staff
- Managing reviews of service delivery standards
- Developing best policy and practice to meet young people's needs
- Undertaking monthly quality audits and oncall duties as directed
- Management and monitoring of budget and finances.
- Establish, monitor and maintain high quality standards of care in line with the Quality Standards for Children's Homes and the home's Statement of Purpose
- Completion of Staffing Rotas.
- Ensuring that all company policies are effectively implemented by all staff members.
- Recruitment and Staff retention

- £36k-£45k Annual Salary,

Requirements -
- Full UK driving License
- DBS
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care
- Level 5 in Leavership and Managment (or willingness to complete)
- Minimum 2 years experience Children's Residential Managment at either Deputy or RM level
- Right to Work in the UK
