This is an exciting fixed-term or secondment opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive support practitioner, with a keen interest in respiratory care, to join our established community respiratory service, including: pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory outpatient physiotherapy, home oxygen and respiratory nursing.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced support practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team.

You should have experience supporting patients with a range of conditions and be able to work flexibly, as part of a team, to meet the needs of the service.


To thrive in this role, you will need to be passionate about community healthcare provision, able to tackle key priorities with enthusiasm and have the tenacity to deliver patient care in an ever-changing environment.

The successful post holder will have a university or college qualification relevant to this role.
