About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support to individuals in a dignified and respectful manner
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks
  • Support individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a high-quality service
  • Contribute to a 24-hour rota, including sleepovers
