About the Job Opportunity: Product Support SpecialistJoin our team at Stryker and take on the role of Product Support Specialist for our Trauma products in the South East Region of the UK. As a key member of our organization, you will become a subject matter expert in Trauma procedures, providing top-notch support to our customers and collaborating with the sales team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support Trauma procedures using Stryker equipment.
- Service existing and new customers in theatre and clinical settings.
- Deliver in-depth training on Stryker products to healthcare personnel.
- Collaborate with team members and Sales Manager to maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal asset management practices.
- Conduct product trials and evaluations as needed.
- Implement training programs and new business initiatives.
- Communicate product benefits effectively to customers.
- Uphold ethical standards in customer interactions.
- Maintain a business plan to achieve objectives.
- Support Regional Sales Manager with additional tasks as required.
- Background in theatre or medical fields.
- Degree in Life Science or equivalent education.
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of surgical procedures.
- Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, and modern presentation tools.
- Strong communicator with a customer-centric approach.
- Organized, responsible, and self-motivated individual.
