As a Childcare Practitioner, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. Your primary responsibility will be to support children in their educational and emotional journey, using trauma-informed approaches to help them overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with complex needs in a SEN setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Use trauma-informed approaches to support children in overcoming challenges
