An exciting opportunity has arisen in the SCM team, due to the current post holders' period of maternity leave. This may be of interest to existing Band 7 or Band 6 practitioners.


The SCM team offers an evidence based approach to working with people with complex emotional and relational needs and personality difficulties.

The service offers a detailed assessment, formulation and one to one and group interventions focused on problem solving, managing crises, developing skills to manage impulsivity, manage emotions, and interpersonal interactions.


You will have experience of working with people with complex personality disorder and have significant post registration experience at Band 6.

You will be proficient in completing mental health assessments, risk assessments and risk management plans without direct supervision.

It will particularly appeal to those who are passionate, enthusiastic, and that are compassionate and relationally informed.

You will have access to regular managerial and clinical supervision.
