About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Marham House care home in Bury St Edmunds. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dignified personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
  • Support residents during mealtimes and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of their lives
  • Build strong relationships with residents based on understanding, trust, and genuine care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience
