Total Home Solutions NE Ltd. is an establised home improvement company based near Chester-le-Street, DH2 2FN.
We are professional, agile and our goal is to increase the sales volume of extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and specialist doors by using social media.
Working from our showroom in Chester Le Street you will be working with a small team.
We are looking for a Business and Social Media Administrator to join our team and help us with day-to-day administration tasks and lead our social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and feedback on social media.
- Analyse social media data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement on social media platforms.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends in social media marketing.
- Deal with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritisation of queries as appropriate.
- Organisation of customer appointments.
- Place enquiries, orders, and reconcile supplier deliveries and invoices.
- Maintain customers files in line with data protection requirements.
- General office administration duties, including updating spreadsheets and filing.
