Assistant Branch Manager Opportunity at Saffron Building Society, Royston Branch


Are you passionate about building successful teams and prioritizing customer satisfaction? As an Assistant Branch Manager at the Royston branch of the Saffron Building Society, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring both staff and customers thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing customer experience through efficient management of transactions and administration
  • Achieving first contact resolution to add value for customers and the Society
  • Proactively organizing team tasks to expedite services
  • Maintaining high service standards to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the cluster manager to handle complex cases and training needs
  • Supporting the team in delivering standout member services
  • Managing branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence

Requirements:
  • Availability to work on-site Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills
  • Background in financial services preferred
  • Driving ability is a plus
