Role Overview:
Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor within a Mainstream Secondary School with SEN Unit, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
This role requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and experienced in implementing strategies to support students' behaviour and well-being.You'll work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement personalised behaviour plans, provide one-to-one mentoring, and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
