As a Rooftop Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests, providing attentive service while showcasing the stunning backdrop of London's skyline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional level of service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rooftop dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Provide recommendations to guests and promote additional menu items and specials.
Salary £11.90p/h plus tronc
