Due to expansion the opportunity has arisen for a permanent Import Operations Coordinator to join this established, global business and friendly Ocean Freight Imports team.

With an international focus, this is a rewarding position that will make use of your extensive Import skills, offering fantastic support, job variety and a great working atmosphere.


Key duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for customers for Import Ocean Freight bookings.
Manage LCL and FCL container bookings, keeping customers updated at all times.

Ensuring the correct shipment procedures are accurately carried out together with the production of all necessary documentation and associated data management.

Arranging Import deliveries and shipment releases.
Preparing customs declarations and sending.
Organising transport / hauliers from Port to destination.
Dealing professionally, effectively and timely with all customer queries ensuring problem solving and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
