You could be meeting with our clients - the companies innovating and scaling to improve Scotland economically. You'll work with colleagues from across our extensive network. Crucially, you'll get world experience to complement your studies.By the time you go back to uni, you'll have played an important role in helping us secure a prosperous future for Scotland.
We're Scottish Enterprise - Scotland's national and international economic development agency. We work to transform the Scottish economy. What we do really matters:
from helping to create high-value jobs and boosting productivity to growing Scotland's wealth. It's success you could soon be part of.
The opportunity:
Scottish Enterprise's International Division works with the largest home-grown and foreign-owned businesses in Scotland.
We take an account management approach to providing these businesses with the right support at the right time - developing strategic growth plans that enable them to achieve growth through investment, innovation and international trade.
Our work contributes significant economic impact through transformational projects across all sectors. And as we look to diversify our portfolio of companies, particularly in the Energy Transition sector, we want you to work with us on a bespoke project.

- Set up meetings for account managers with a number of prospective large companies
- Attend meetings to explore relationshipbuilding opportunities
Who we're looking for:
Success in this role will depend not only on your positive, can-do attitude but also on your ability to carry out economic and industry research and share your conclusions in a compelling way.
You'll also research individual company strategies, news and activities, and identify key people for our business development teams to approach.
