An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Urology Diagnostic and Treatment Centre for an Assistant Booking Co-ordinator to support the opening of Bodmin Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC).


Duties will include but not limited to: booking of appointments, managing waiting lists, updating comments and managing patient RTT pathways in Radar and the Somerset Cancer Register, answering the telephone, preparation of clinic notes including E-notes, outcoming clinics and admitting and discharging patients on BEA.

Flexible working across both Bodmin CDC and Treliske Hospital site.

You should be able to work well under pressure, be motivated with a commitment to provide excellent customer service.
