JOB DESCRIPTION
As an experienced HR and Admin Officer, you will play an instrumental role within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training and appraisals
  • Ensure staff training compliance as required by CQC and the organisation
  • Provide support for employment issues and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Assist with managing Payroll
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of relevant HR processes, providing solutions to the needs of staff considering existing policies and current legislation
  • Ensure HR compliance to Winserve Care Services quality standards and adherence to policies, procedures, and code of ethics
  • Managing organisation procurements and office supplies
  • Managing supplier contracts for the organisation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years HR experience
  • Bachelor's level degree qualification preferred
  • Professional HR qualification desirable
  • Experience of working in the Care Sector is an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
