Reporting into the Head of People, the Head of Reward and Recognition will lead and further evolve our Reward proposition as well as coaching and supporting our Reward and Recognition teams.

This role ensures that the function remains integral to both HRand the firm's priorities, shaping innovative and market leading reward programmes, making improvements and delivering great service to the wider firm in the reward/recognition space.


This is a role that will be on a full-time basis and will be based at our Baker Street Head Office.


You'll be someone with:

  • A highly experienced reward leader with proven experience of success within a large, complex business, leveraging HR technology.
  • A highly collaborative individual who will build relationships and seeks to get the best out of people.
  • Someone who has a desire to improve employee engagement related to rewards by listening to the needs of our prospective and current employees and developing a range of reward solutions to satisfy those needs.
  • A proven Leader with the ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo and drive change.
  • A proven Team Leader whose focus is on motivating, engaging and inspiring their teams to achieve success.
  • The ability to understand commercial drivers and to connect the dots.
  • Evidence of a swift, responsive and thorough approach to managing and mitigating risks.
  • Competent in developing and understanding the key metrics required to measure success and to be able to analyse data to make decisions and clearly articulate the business rationale.
  • Sophisticated and skilled communicator with exceptional emotional intelligence who is able to engage, influence and negotiate with individuals at every level.
  • Exceptional levels of professionalism and diplomacy with strong selfawareness.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with significant experience in Reward and Recognition.
  • Experience of working within Professional Services or similar corporate environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Project management proven track record in managing multiple areas of delivery in a timely, efficient and effective way.
