Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

Your Role & Company Insights:

Your Tasks

  • Successfully leading and managing a team to meet and surpass SLAs
  • Assigning work orders and managing employee workloads effectively
  • Coordinating and implementing operational processes while planning daily activities
  • Acting as the primary contact for process and technical faults, and liaising with relevant departments
  • Proactively identifying issues and implementing corrective measures, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Ensuring adherence to SLAs and utilizing the SAP system efficiently
  • Engaging in resource planning for staff and infrastructure
  • Generating and analyzing reports to support operational decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and service level standards
  • Conducting people management duties effectively
Your Profile

  • Prior experience working with computerized systems
  • Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled environment is advantageous
  • Demonstrated reliability, strong time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Capability to take ownership of issues and handle them professionally from initiation to resolution
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
