Flying Futures are recruiting a Programme Coordinator to work across Yorkshire


The Programme Coordinator will form part of a hands-on team which will develop and implement successful delivery of programmes across the Yorkshire area, support recruitment activities and help develop the programme.

The purpose of the role is to contribute towards the success of the National Citizen Service programme across Yorkshire. The post holder will also be required to support in the delivery of across Flying Futures Yorkshire based programmes.


This role is key to enabling Flying Futures to achieve its goals and ambitions, the post holder will need energy, enthusiasm, flexibility and a creative approach to be successful in this role.


Travel will be required across Yorkshire to attend weekly events, with overnight stay and residentials during peak periods - May, June, July, August and October.

A full driving licence and access to a car is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining engagement with young people and their parents/guardians through various platforms and events
  • Support in the Future Communities team in the delivery of Yorkshire based programmes
  • Support regional recruitment teams in delivering events across Yorkshire in secondary schools
  • Keep warm engagement (face to face) activities with young people signed up to the programme
  • Manage administrative duties that comes with the day to day running of the programme as required
  • Deliver and lead upon the residential programmes.
  • Support in the recruitment of seasonal staff
  • Inputting data onto a CRM system
