North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Administrator to join our Continuous Improvement and Learning Team (CILT) within Women and Children's Health Services.

The Continuous Improvement and Learning Administrator will be responsible for providing administration and clerical support for staff and managers in all aspects of quality and patient safety within the Division.

The Post holder will support and service the Divisional meetings the CILT is responsible for. They will also be required to help support the internal systems, processes and activities in the service.

The post holder will provide administration support to Senior Leads and other staff within the Continuous improvement and learning team.

The post holder will report to the Continuous Learning and Improvement Support Manager.


The Administrator will provide the direct support to the service objective of driving assurance and governance activity across the Division.

They will also support work on the core areas of responsibility for the Service.
