Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for an Oxford based Digital Marketing Agency specializing in strategic communications and content marketing.

As part of their expansion, the team is growing and collaborating with us to find a dynamic Business Development Manager.

This organization places importance on the quality of their work and exceptional service, along with ensuring a positive work environment where everyone feels happy.

The role of the Business Development Manager is focused on acquiring new clients through various sales and business development methods such as outbound calls and attending networking events in London and locally.

We are seeking an innovative individual who is business-savvy, cooperative, and engaging, with the ability to establish and convert relationships into business opportunities.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • An understanding of digital marketing and agency operations
  • Prior experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably within the marketing sector
  • Accountable, results-oriented, and responsible
  • Proficient in research to identify relevant events and networks for business expansion and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills in various forms - in-person, phone, and written
  • Experience in preparing proposals, bids, and utilizing CRMs for prospecting
  • Skilled at managing sales pipelines, record-keeping, and timely follow-ups
  • Articulate, well-presented, and a strong brand representative
  • Adept at business networking and leveraging it for business growth
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Located within easy commuting distance of London for networking purposes

This company has a dynamic and energetic approach, with the entire team working remotely, emphasizing effective communication and a supportive team environment.

This full-time position involves remote work, covering regions including Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, while also requiring travel to networking events and client meetings.

You will be rewarded with a salary and share of profits for successful business acquisition. The salary offered is £40,000 along with profit sharing. Additionally, the company provides 25 days of paid holidays plus bank holidays.
