The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Sales Operation Coordinator to join our team in Camden, London. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to support our Wholesale partners in Southern Europe. Fluency in English and French/Italian is essential for this 18-month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities and serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Handle telephone queries from wholesale customers and provide necessary information promptly.
  • Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and measures are in place to prevent service failures.
  • Accurately input customer orders within specified deadlines.
  • Identify and address any issues on customer orders.
  • Coordinate with different departments to meet customer requirements and ensure order accuracy.
  • Report workload status to Team Leader and address any issues.
  • Maintain customer data files and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments for efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B/Wholesale operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Fluency in French and/or Italian and English.
  • Strong math, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Customer-focused and proactive.
  • IT literate with knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
