Our client is a wholesaler of specialist products and is based in the heart of Cheshire.

The role is based in beautiful offices, with a down-to-earth open plan feel with a company that offers excellent career opportunities and a great commission structure.


Job Description:

  • As the Telesales Executive they will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and processing orders
  • Work closely with the field sales team to book client visits etc
  • Answer any inbound calls and process orders
  • The Telesales Executive must deal with any queries or complaints and action where possible
  • Ensure customers have their queries answered within the time frame of the company policies
  • As the Telesales Executive they must keep up to date with any product or pricing changes daily
  • Effectively manage allocated customer base to maintain and develop sales/profit targets in line with company and personal targets
  • A selfstarter with the drive and energy to succeed
  • Have worked within a similar role minimum of 2 years
  • Experience of working within a very busy openplan office
  • A very organised and structured individual
  • Attention to detail
  • Have worked within a pharmaceutical role desirable

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00 am pm

Salary:
£24,000 DOE per Annum + Monthly Commission
