Who we're looking for


A highly experienced and skilled product leader to support the Global Head of Enterprise Delivery, providing expertise to understand the problems facing the combined Schroders technology and business teams in order to identify efficient and pragmatic solutions that enable consistency at scale without restricting flexibility where valuable.


We are looking for someone who has worked with multiple product development and delivery methods, along with the processes that enable successful implementations of large scale Agile in a complex environment.

The base

We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team

You will be part of Enterprise Technology, a global team working closely across all technology and business teams.

Enterprise Technology leads our architecture, cloud, data, engineering, delivery and product functions so you will be joining a team who are most focused on how we move Schroders product and platforms forward.

What you'll do


You will work within our central enterprise delivery team and help establish and refine the enterprise product development and delivery principles.

Working within that team, you will help design and implement solutions of product management and leadership best practice across Schroders.


Your knowledge and experience of a product; strategy, discovery, design and rollout will ensure that you are a trusted advisor to many within the business while your open and collaborative approach will gain you a reputation for providing an innovative and powerful capability that can exploit real commercial opportunity and measure success.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Proven experience of transformation and change programs across a large technology organisation
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams at a senior level
  • Highly proficient at assessing and facilitating measurable improvements on large scale programmes of work
  • Excellent leadership skills, previous management of large teams and the ability to motivate, shape and grow individuals through guidance and encouragement
  • Strong handson knowledge of modern product development and agile practices
  • Deep understanding of agile principles in practice, and why they are important
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage in a dynamic and global environment.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

  • Background in commercial as well as technical enterprise
  • Experience in or around consultative environments
  • Asset Management industry experience.
