Training and Qualifications:
A psychology or social sciences degree with eligibility for graduate membership of BPS

Experience:
Experience in either a paid or voluntary capacity of working with individuals who are experiencing common mental health problems Experience of working in an administrative capacity which involved communication with members of the public

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of common mental health problems and their impact on individuals.

Knowledge of IAPT and the Stepped Care approach Basic awareness of IT and IT skills
