My client, based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Facilities and Logistics Coordinator to join their lively and busy team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks and play a key part in helping to keep all departments running smoothly.

This busy and rewarding role would suit a pro-active individual who learns quickly and has the ability to get things done in a fast-moving environment.

  • Shipping and export experience (further training will also be provided)
  • Coordinate suppliers and main contact for any works at HQ
  • Organise and receive deliveries, maintenance, and suppliers
  • Manage shipping as required nationally and internationally
  • Contact for our external IT company for issues, equipment, and phone systems
  • Maintenance and support of CNet Smart Rooms (training will be provided)
  • Coordinate all employee requirements such as keys, corporate clothing, first aid training and maintain company information documents
  • Monitor and maintain various stock levels ensuring cost effective purchasing and in line with our sustainability policy
  • Tracking technical resource activity sheets
  • Administrative support as required
