Operational Performance Metrics:

Supply Chain Management Excellence:
Supervise all facets of warehouse operations, including inventory oversight, order processing, and quality assurance.
Leverage your expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to enhance operational productivity. Familiarity with WMS & ERP system implementations is highly advantageous.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows and boost efficiency while ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth movement of goods from the warehouse to the final customer.
A background in Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain is essential.

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Warehouse Operations Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Manager role is required.
