Howells Recruitment are working with a reputable business who specialise in building and maintaining residential properties across the UK.

Our client is focused on their people, empowering them to influence the culture in a positive manner.

The Role

To provide support to the SHEQ Managers, SHEQ Director and senior management team. Promoting a positive culture towards health, safety, quality and the environment

  • Maintain management systems such as ISO 1400
  • Conduct audits on site
  • Identify potential risks and hazards
  • Attend management meetings


The successful applicant will report to a SHEQ Manager and find a balance of local office working and visiting sites across South London, the furthest site is Kent.


  • Be able to demonstrate successes of influencing behaviour on site and a safer way of working
  • Have industry standard qualifications for the role such as NEBOSH Diploma, First Aid etc
  • Be motivated to work with your SHEQ team and internal colleagues
The salary on offer is competitive and depends on experience, company car or allowance, pension, health care and additional company benefits included
