Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Design Manager to join their team in a Main Contractor company. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Senior Design Manager on residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical design coordination and manage the delivery of this information
- Work alongside an experienced Senior Design Manager on residential schemes consisting of units
- Appoint and manage consultants and manage allocated projects
- Work with consultants for timely issues of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
- Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications
Requirements:
- Strong residential, RC Frame experience
- Worked for a main contractor previously
- Ideally 2-4 years in the industry
- Willingness to learn and grow within a company
- Effectively prioritize work to ensure delays don't occur at any time during the project
