Job Overview

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Design Manager to join their team in a Main Contractor company. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Senior Design Manager on residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical design coordination and manage the delivery of this information
  • Work alongside an experienced Senior Design Manager on residential schemes consisting of units
  • Appoint and manage consultants and manage allocated projects
  • Work with consultants for timely issues of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
  • Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications

Requirements:

  • Strong residential, RC Frame experience
  • Worked for a main contractor previously
  • Ideally 2-4 years in the industry
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a company
  • Effectively prioritize work to ensure delays don't occur at any time during the project
