The Role

  • Provide excellent customer service and care
  • Ensure that the reception area is customer focused and that all point of sale materials including flyers and promotions are correct, maintained and up to date
  • Ensure that all communication lines, telephones & operational hours are managed and handled in a timely manner
  • Work in collaboration with all park teams and central support to ensure all standards across all areas are operating at a high level and offering a great service to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Process guest checkins and checkouts efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:

  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, especially fluency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using hotel reservation systems and other computer software
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to resolve guest issues effectively
