About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Junior Developer to join our dynamic team at Evo Talent - Recruitment Reinvented and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our SaaS booking management system. The role focuses on improving the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for both customers and their guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously enhance the UI/UX of the booking management system to provide a seamless experience for users.
  • Develop mobile-responsive features and applications to cater to the growing demand for mobile bookings.
  • Implement new features based on customer feedback to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the development team and Product Owner to design platform solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment under senior guidance, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure platform efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and debug errors as needed to minimize downtime and maximize user satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Adapt to changing requirements and milestones, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
About You:
  • Some experience as a Junior Developer or similar role, with a passion for software development and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience in developing web and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of front-end languages and libraries.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue 2.6, and React.
  • Basic knowledge of back-end languages, including PHP, and familiarity with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and a strong understanding of APIs and their utilization.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, debugging, and optimization abilities, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field is ideal but not essential.
