Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The May Tree Whitbread Inns in Helston. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with the management of the restaurant floor, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer complaints
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
