Premier Recruitment is currently seeking a GP Surgery Receptionist in Derby. The ideal candidate must be available to work various shifts between 7.15am and 6.30pm.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide a responsive and professional reception service to patients
  • Schedule appointments in person and over the phone
  • Offer administrative assistance to GPs and other medical staff
  • Utilize the GP Clinical System (TPP SystmOne) extensively

Requirements:


  • Essential – Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4 / A-C, or equivalent, with Math & English
  • Preferred – Certification in customer service

Key Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in IT systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Flexibility with working hours
