Are you ready to shape the future of early careers talent at tombola? We're looking for a proactive and driven individual like you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Careers).

In this hands-on role, you will have the exciting opportunity to design, develop, and manage our Early Careers offering, including graduate programs, degree apprenticeships, summer placements, and work experience initiatives.


You will be the driving force behind building and maintaining relationships with key organizations such as local universities, local training organisations and schools.

You will take charge of sourcing and screening early careers talent and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of our Early Careers program.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, Business Unit Leaders, and the People Leadership team, you will translate business requirements into a meaningful and impactful Early Careers program.


Early careerists don't always have to come from outside an organisation, and you'll get the chance to look at ways of unlocking the potential of our people to create a pathway into other areas of the business.


To excel in this role, your prior experience in early careers recruitment and your strong understanding of trends within the field will be invaluable.

We're looking for someone like you who has the confidence to present ideas and challenge colleagues when necessary.

Your ability to think strategically and work towards long-term goals, combined with your creative thinking will make you an integral part of driving our early careers talent acquisition efforts.
