A fantastic opportunity to join a leading care provider in Surrey that will support you to learn, develop and gain NVQ's in health and Social Care.


Do you have experience of care or support work? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge and a chance to develop? We are seeking Care Assistants for a service in Esher to support people with learning disabilities.

Training will be given so it doesn't matter if you haven't worked with people with learning disabilities before. As long as you have some experience of care work (this could be within an elderly residential home, a nursing home, or domiciliary care setting), we would love to hear from you


You will be supporting individuals with daily needs, including supporting with personal care, dressing, meal times, and mobility needs, as well as supporting them to enjoy a wide range of activities and to enjoy life to the full.


To be considered you will be:

  • Able to work flexibly to a shift rota which will include shifts between the hours of 08:00-20:00 and 20:00
  • 08:00 and alternate weekends
  • Able and willing to do manual handling
