Outdoor Service Assistant

As a Service Assistant you'll work across various areas, helping deliver high-quality customer service, but will mainly be based
outdoors in the picturesque Studley Deer Park, looking after our car park visitors.
Salary:
£10.50 per hour
Contract/duration:
six months: 4th March - 29th September 2024
Hours/working pattern/hours:
Annualised contract, averaging 16hrs per week, hours would usually be split over four days per week, to include weekends and bank holidays, but as an annualised contract, your hours may be allocated to reflect our busier times.

What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you'll be part of a friendly team working at Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal Water Garden.
What you'll be doing:
Service Assistants play an important role in supporting the welcome team in greeting and helping our visitors.
Working in the car park at a beautiful site, you can expect to meet lots of different people and help them make the most of their visit.
You'll be involved in different tasks.Most importantly you'll talk to visitors, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need for their visit.
This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations.
