Join Our Team as Global Head of Cyber Threat at WTW

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be part of the Cyber Security team at WTW, providing top-notch service and expertise to all areas of our business. This is a great opportunity for a new role opening up as the Global Head of Cyber Threat.

As a senior leader in the Cyber Defence and Security Operations department, you will oversee the Global Threat Hunting, Forensics, and Threat Intelligence Teams, along with 3rd party threat services. Key attributes for this role include technical proficiency, effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, and a sharp business acumen to engage with senior stakeholders.

If you have a background in Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Threat Intelligence services, and thrive in high-pressure settings managing teams across different time zones, this role is ideal for you.

Responsibilities of the Global Head of Cyber Threat include:

  • Managing and nurturing a global team of L3 Threat Hunting, Forensic & Threat Intelligence specialists
  • Proactively analyzing threats to the WTW estate and acting swiftly on threat intelligence updates
  • Enhancing Threat-led cybersecurity approaches by linking Threat Intelligence to Threat Hunting
  • Improving internal and 3rd party threat intelligence capabilities
  • Connecting Threat Intelligence with the vulnerability management program
  • Providing briefings to senior stakeholders and board members

Your team's key responsibilities involve monitoring dark web activities, conducting cyber security forensic investigations, and keeping an eye on key clients and suppliers to address potential issues that could impact WTW.

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • Extensive experience as a senior leader managing threat hunting and threat intelligence teams
  • Proven track record in dealing with cyber incidents
  • Strong understanding of cyber risk and attack strategies across various networks
  • Proficiency in Business English (Written & Oral)

Desirable qualifications entail experience in a Global SOC setting, familiarity with Sentinel and Defender, excellent communication skills, exposure to compliance and regulatory standards, and global team management across different time zones.
