Quality Improvement Research Assistant

A unique role opportunity for a Quality Improvement Research Assistant to work on a Health Education England funded feasibility study to help improve patient and staff experience during mealtimes in an adult eating disorders unit.
It is a continuation of a well-established and engaged quality improvement project that has already produced two publications and several conference contributions.
The study will focus on co-designing, testing and evaluating a simulation-based education intervention to help staff gain further skills and confidence in support patients in the dining room of an eating disorders unit.
This is an ideal developmental role for anyone will relevant experience who is keen on developing their research skills and is interested in carrying out impactful research in mental health.
