Job Summary

An exceptional opportunity to join South Manchester Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as an Administration Manager, overseeing administrative tasks and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operations.

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly organized individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.

You must exhibit flexibility, approach tasks systematically, possess excellent interpersonal skills, work autonomously or within a team, and maintain a positive and conscientious attitude while engaging with staff and patients of all levels.

This full-time role, Monday to Friday, is based at the Carol Kendrick Centre in Wythenshawe.

Main Duties of the Job

The role entails supporting the South Manchester CAMHS Service Manager and Senior Leadership Team in operational management, ensuring performance targets, service quality, and financial standards are met.

You will oversee the administration team, streamline processes, provide necessary information, produce reports, handle complaints, and represent South Manchester CAMHS in meetings.

  • Proficiency in electronic systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Change management and NHS-related activity experience.
  • Budget management experience.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in PARIS, PowerBI, Integra, Empactis, and HealthRoster systems.

Qualifications

Essential

  • GCSE in English and Mathematics or equivalents.
  • Diploma in administration or equivalent experience.
  • Continuous professional development evidence.
