Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of 8 internal sales representatives, offering comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Achieve designated sales targets by driving performance.
  • Create and execute innovative sales strategies to enable reps in closing deals, generating leads, and maximizing revenue.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to broaden market outreach and boost sales.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze data for areas of enhancement, and implement actionable insights for optimized performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sales operations.

Person specification:

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams, including recruitment, coaching, training, and implementing sales tactics.
  • Background in FMCG, food, or beverage sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and inspire a remote sales team.
