Role:

  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debt for our client
  • Evaluating new credit requests, reviewing customers credit ratings and having them approved by Group Financial Director
  • Setting up new customer son accounting system
  • Ensuring timely payment of debt
  • Posting of customer receipts to accounting system
  • Generating monthly statements and forwarding to customer
  • Processing daily invoice routine
  • Preparing Cash collection and Ageing reports for the Group Financial Director
  • Liaising with sales team to resolve customer queries
The ledger is 1,500 accounts with a current total value of $9M. This role will involve reporting in to a senior Credit Controller.
