A top global company in financial solutions is in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to be the go-to resource for troubleshooting assistance.

Supporting the sales team, you will play a vital role in boosting efficiency and driving results. Your duties will include managing projects to enhance sales processes, facilitating the transfer of leads from marketing to sales, and delivering valuable reports to sales managers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary troubleshooting expert for the sales team, utilizing Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related sales tools.
  • Lead projects focused on boosting sales team productivity for both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Assist in the smooth transition of leads from marketing to sales within specified timeframes.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to drive sales channel performance.
  • Collaborate with key partners to optimize the sales team's experience with tools like Salesforce.
  • Required Skills:
  • Communication: Manage projects effectively and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Data Acumen: Analyze different data sets to identify patterns and root causes.
  • Insight Communication: Present insights in a manner that influences decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead short-term projects with a clear plan and identify risks proactively.
  • Standardization: Execute current processes and seek ways to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prioritization: Identify and pursue opportunities with immediate benefits, while keeping an eye on future possibilities.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Domain Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of sales workflow to provide frontline support.
  • Technical Skills: Experience supporting sales teams with Salesforce, proficient in Excel, and familiarity with various sales tools and BI platforms.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience in Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, tech-savvy with startup experience, and adept at data analysis.
