About the role:
As a Talent Sourcer reporting to the Global Sourcing & Employer Branding Manager, you will have a crucial role in actively sourcing and attracting top talent globally. This dynamic position involves supporting the global TA team, including recruitment for GTM, Product, Customer Success, and R&D.

  • Utilize cold outreach methods to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Collaborate with the TA team and leadership to understand hiring needs in different regions
  • Maintain candidate relationships through personalized outreach
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor insights
  • Ensure clear communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Demonstrate innovative sourcing techniques and proficiency in recruitment software
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
