XPS Pensions is experiencing high growth and we are now looking to hire a Scams Administrator to join our vibrant Reading office with hybrid working.


XPS is an award-winning Pensions Consultancy with over 1500 staff in locations across the UK and our business continues to experience rapid growth.

XPS Pensions provide pragmatic advice that addresses the specific and often complex challenges faced by UK pension schemes and their corporate sponsors.

Our approach is to remove jargon and provide clients with access to the latest technology so that they can monitor scheme funding in real time, test scenarios and manage the range of pension scheme risks they face.

The result is that our clients can make the best decisions and act quickly and efficiently.

The role:
As a Scams Administrator with XPS you will help protect members from falling victim to pensions scams by

  • Arranging and conducting telephone interviews with members to identify those at risk
  • Producing reports for client teams and review where needed
  • Ensuring that members cases are dealt with in accordance with strict deadlines
  • Processing cases in line with agreed Pension Scam Team procedures

Your profile:

We are looking for an individual to be a part of this exciting period of growth. We want someone who is organised and proactive to join XPS as a Scams Administrator. This role requires

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to demonstrate ownership, responsibility and accountability for self
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent (or demonstrated through experience)
  • Experience using MS Office such as Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of Pension Scams is desirable but not essential
