Salary: 45k- 50k depending on experience

Job Description:

As our Area Manager, you'll lead the performance of branches, ATMs, and teams, ensuring profitability and success. With full accountability for all aspects of your area, you'll develop strategies, drive innovation, and report to the Operations Manager and senior leadership team. As a senior leader yourself, you'll embody our values, fostering a culture of success while building strong relationships internally and with partners. Your integrity and consistency will uphold our standards as you drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Commerciality:

  • Deliver EBITDA targets through effective people management and commercial strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales of ChangeGroup products.
  • Ensure consistent marketing and promotion of the Company brand.
  • Create and execute budget, headcount, incentive, and HR plans for success.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Manage budget effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all support functions are in place and running effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive team and sales team.
  • Sales & Financials:

  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
  • Monitor CNP reports and ensure goals are met by Sales Managers.
  • Control costs and manage roster effectively.
  • Ensure EBITDA budget delivery and report monthly progress
  • People Management:
  • Conduct 121's and support direct reports' development.
  • Ensure timely completion of PDRs and roster updates.
  • Visit locations weekly to provide support and visibility.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Maintain high security standards and ensure compliance.
  • Report security breaches promptly to the Compliance team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in an Area Manager role.
  • Proven track record of delivering EBITDA targets and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective campaigns.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget creation and cost control.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced industry.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, fairness, and consistency.

Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.
