Job Description:

Shift Coach (Trainer)

Days | £12.03 p/hr, 4 on 4 off (6am - 6pm)

Nights | £13.08 p/hr, 4 on 4 off (6pm - 6am)


As part of our Fulfilment Learning team the Coach works incredibly closely with our Operational teams including Production and Warehouse.

You will report into our Shift Coach Team Leader and be one of a team of around 8 coaches here at Warrington.

An incredibly varied role; you could be running an Induction for a group of new joiners, or working with a Manager to find ways to make our Processes work better and faster, through upskilling The Coach role is strongly aligned to our 'Care' Ownership Principle; the ideal newbie to join this busy team will need to be caring, engaging, outgoing and thrive around people.

This is a Warehouse based role working in the cold, in an FMCG environment; it's target focused and fast moving.

What does a Shift Coach do?
The Learning Team provides expert training, coaching and mentoring to every colleague.

Ultimately, the team ensures that everyone has the training that they need in order to be successful in their role.

Shift Coaches are responsible for on-the-job training for colleagues across every department in the operation. This includes training out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), one point lessons, creating, populating and filing key training documents. The role delivers both targeted and reactive training.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Operations Fulfilment
  • Experience in 'handson' training or coaching
  • Confident presenting to large groups
  • Ability to adjust your communication style for a diverse audience
  • Proven experience in a delivery focused environment
