Evri's PM Shift Supervisor Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and experienced PM Shift Supervisor to join our team at Evri, a leading logistics and delivery company. As a PM Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing the activities of our warehouse operatives, and driving productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse operatives to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and control operations in your zone, including throughputs, parcel presentation, and quality standards.
- Support the Process Manager in maintaining quality standards and performance metrics.
- Manage and control Client SLAs, load presentation compliance, and other key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews with your team to ensure they are meeting their targets and goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance metrics and other required documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field, with a track record of managing a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate your team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work at pace in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
