Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a Central London based Commercial Property Management Surveying firm who are in the process of adding to their team in W1.

With an established client base they are looking for an MRICS Property Management Surveyor with 3+ years post qualification experience.

Dealing with a variety of private clients the portfolio is made up of Office Pace and Retail as well as some Out of Town Retail and would suit someone looking for a long term career path within the Commercial Property Management field:

Duties/Functions of the role:

nDay to day property management of the portfolio with a focus on office and retail assets.nProviding first-class property management services to the buildings within the portfolio.nAssisting with due diligence on identified acquisitions or disposals.nConducting site visits to properties within the portfolio.nBuilding strong tenant relationships.nProducing reports for clients.nAssisting with leasing due diligence and management of tenant fit out.nDealing with tenant applications/issues quickly and appropriately.nObtaining client approvals to proposed decisions or recommendation and manage the approval process.nReviewing, issuing and approval of service charge budgets and reconciliationsnManagement and reporting on rent collection/arrears.nEnsuring that occupiers comply with the terms of their leases and regular liaison with tenants and frequent periodic inspections.nRoutine communication with the client, facilities managers, solicitors, tenants & landlords.


Requirements of the role:

nMRICS Qualification with 3+ years' PQEnPrior experience of managing commercial property (ideally office space & retail).nThorough understanding of commercial leases, especially landlord and tenant legislation.nThorough knowledge of Service Charges with Commercial Property.nStrong communication skills (verbal & written).

nExcellent organisational skillnStrong IT skillsnFull UK Driving LicencenSalary Budgets:

£60-68,000 Basic Salary per annum + Numerous Benefits

Required Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (1 WFH day per week)
