Elekta Care Support are looking for a flexible, technically experienced, multilingual, and responsible professional to join our team as a Software Support Specialist.


Elekta Care Support offers an international, fast-paced, and exciting work environment, delivering professional customer support for our innovative software solutions in the field of precision radiation medicine.


Experience with troubleshooting Windows client and server operating systems, virtualisation and remote access tools, Citrix, networking configuration, troubleshooting and Microsoft SQL installation/configuration are essential.

Additional European languages (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Polish) would be considered a bonus.

The ideal Software Support Specialist is expected to be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Knowledge of desktop PCs is essential
Knowledge of SQL, Citrix, Networking and Sever Operating Systems is desirable

Experience in medical imaging, linear accelerators and/or clinical use of radiotherapy products is desirable

Identifying any necessary training requirements and escalating these to management as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

Ability to work in a team environment

Flexible and accommodating approach

Ability and desire to promote Elekta's professional image

Can demonstrate outstanding customer care skills

Experience in a support environment (desired)
