Job Description Summary

BD is currently seeking a highly skilled Therapy Development Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and support the sales team in exceeding their sales goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and experience in working with healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical support programs. You will be responsible for providing training and education to HCPs on product indications, correct techniques, and patient selection/follow up. Additionally, you will collaborate with the EMEA Market Development Team to disseminate information and organize additional support/customer visits as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement clinical support programs to drive business growth and support the sales team.
  2. Provide training and education to HCPs on product indications, correct techniques, and patient selection/follow up.
  3. Collaborate with the EMEA Market Development Team to disseminate information and organize additional support/customer visits as required.
  4. Become a clinical expert and share knowledge, best practice, and guidance with the sales teams.
  5. Build strong clinical relationships with HCPs and provide post-implementation training to drive greater acceptance and utilization.
  6. Support and facilitate professional education activities and KOL development in partnership with the Sales Specialist.
  7. Create and support a Clinical Support Forum to share clinical updates and provide opportunities for the sales force to upskill.
